At present, Sinova owns 3 manufacturing entities: Changge Xinxing Bee Products Equipment Co., Ltd., and Changge Shineberry New Materials Co., Ltd.; two professional international marketing companies; and a joint venture: Henan Zhuoyu Bee Products Industry Co., Ltd., situated in Dazhou Industry Park and Guanting Industry Park of Changge (Xuchang).

2) Sinova Investment Plant-1, invested by Zhengzhou Sinova Industrial Development Co., Ltd., is engaged in the R&D, manufacture of surfactants.

3) Sinova Investement Plant-2, invested by Zhengzhou Sinova Industrial Development Co., Ltd., is engaged in the R&D, manufacture of bee products and beekeeping supplies .
